1. Preparation: Check whether the accessories in the packaging box are complete and ensure that all parts are intact.
2. Assemble the fuselage: First install the fuselage base, and then install the main fuselage, control panel, exhaust pipe and other parts on the base in turn according to the diagram in the manual, and tighten them with screws.
3. Install the motor: Place the motor on the base and fix the belt on the motor wheel and the pulley of the main fuselage.

4. Assemble the feeding system: Fix the feeder and funnel on the main fuselage, and adjust the discharge volume and speed of the feeder according to different corn varieties and production requirements.
5. Adjust the exhaust pipe: According to production needs, set the direction and position of the exhaust port to ensure that the corn can be discharged smoothly after being puffed.
6. Connect the power supply: Connect the power cord to the socket on the control panel. After plugging in the power supply, debug and adjust according to the operating steps in the manual.
