Therefore, cleaning the colloid mill has become a headache for every customer. If the cleaning is not in place, it will affect the life of the machine.
Colloid mill cleaning steps
1. After the grinding is completed, stop the machine and cut off all power supplies, and then rinse the residual materials in the machine with clean water.
2. According to the disassembly operation of the colloid mill operating procedures, remove the feed hopper, discharge pipe, discharge nozzle, rotating teeth, fixed teeth and gap adjustment sleeve, and move them to the cleaning area for cleaning.

3. Use a brush or other small tools to clean the waste residue in the tooth groove and rinse it with drinking water.
4. Use a cleaning agent to remove the surfaces of the removable parts, pay attention to the cleaning of the dirt in the gaps, then rinse with water and dry naturally.
5. Clean the non-detachable parts of the colloid mill online, flush the waste residue in the grinding seat groove with drinking water, scrub the grinding seat groove with a brush dipped in detergent, and rinse it with water.
6. Scrub the outer surface of the main body with detergent, wipe with a clean wet cloth to remove the residual detergent on the outer surface of the main body, and wipe it again with a dry cloth.
