First of all, you should know that the colloid mill after cleaning can not only ensure the hygiene of the product, but also extend the life and production efficiency of the colloid grinding equipment. The first step is to rinse the colloid mill with our daily drinking water and detergent after work. Be sure to rinse the residues and detergents in the colloid mill machine, then stop the machine operation, and cut off the power supply.

 

Secondly, disassemble the feed port, discharge port, rotating teeth, fixed teeth, etc. of the colloid mill. After disassembly, use detergent to clean the disassembled parts. Here, pay attention to the cleaning of the gap dirt. If it is not clean, use tweezers or a brush to clean the gap dirt. After the disassembly and cleaning is completed, the next step is to clean the parts of the colloid mill that have not been disassembled.

 

Finally, after cleaning, rinse with clean water to ensure that it is clean, wipe it with a dry cloth, wipe it once with 75% ethanol solution, and then dry it naturally.
