How to disassemble the blade of a mutton slicer?
May 30, 2025| Before disassembling the blade as a whole, be sure to do the following preparations:
1. Turn off the power and air supply of the mutton slicer to ensure that the equipment is completely in a shutdown state.
2. Equip the equipment with a power socket with a ground wire, and ensure that the power cord is unplugged during the inspection to prevent electric shock.
3. Prepare the required disassembly tools, such as screwdrivers, hexagonal wrenches, etc., and ensure the quality and applicability of these tools.
Next, we will introduce the overall disassembly steps of the mutton slicer blade in detail:

| Model | Power | Size (length*height*width) |
| single roll | 750W | 660*720*380(cm) |
| CNC single roll | 1500W | 1100*930*400(cm) |
| Double roll | 2500W | 1400*1300*450(cm) |
| Double roll reinforced model | 3000W | 1450*1400*550(cm) |
| Four roll | 3000W | 1500*1400*700(cm) |
| Six roll | 3000W (380V) | 1600*1400*850(cm) |
| Eight roll | 5500W (380V) | 1700*1450*1150(cm) |
1. Disassemble the meat carrier and knife cover
Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the meat carrier and knife cover, and then gently remove both from the equipment. During the disassembly process, be careful not to damage other surrounding parts.
2. Disassemble the blade
Find the screws fixed to the blade and use a hexagonal wrench to loosen these screws. When loosening the screws, be sure to do it in diagonal order to avoid deformation or damage to the blade. When all screws are loosened, the blade can be gently removed from the device.
3. Cleaning and Inspection
After removing the blade, be sure to clean and inspect the blade and other parts of the device. Remove meat residue, oil stains and other impurities from the blade, and check whether the blade is damaged or worn excessively. If the blade is found to be damaged or severely worn, please replace it with a new one in time.
