The gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs of the colloid grinding pump is a key factor affecting the fine dispersion effect. Through the adjustment disc or adjustment flange, the grinding disc gap can be randomly adjusted to control the discharge coarseness of the grinding pump and the output pressure (lift) of the pump. The smaller the gap, the stronger the shearing and grinding effect on the material, and the better the fine dispersion effect. However, too small a gap may cause increased equipment wear, so it needs to be reasonably adjusted according to the material characteristics and production requirements.

Speed control:
The speed is another important factor affecting the fine dispersion efficiency of the colloid grinding pump. Generally speaking, the higher the speed, the stronger the shearing and grinding effect on the material, and the more obvious the fine dispersion effect. However, too high a speed will also increase the energy consumption and wear of the equipment. Therefore, in actual operation, the appropriate speed should be selected according to the material characteristics and production requirements.
Flow control:
The size of the flow directly affects the residence time of the material in the grinding pump and the fine dispersion effect. Too large a flow rate may cause the material to stay too short and the dispersion to be insufficient; too small a flow rate may reduce the equipment utilization rate. Therefore, the flow rate should be reasonably controlled according to production needs and material characteristics.
