How to debug the colloid mill?

Dec 12, 2024|

The colloid mill has a wide range of uses, and there are many customers who buy colloid mills. So what kind of colloid mill is considered a qualified product? Every colloid mill must be tested and adjusted before leaving the factory to ensure that the equipment in the hands of the customer is usable to the greatest extent. The debugging of the colloid mill includes the connection of the inlet and outlet of the colloid mill, the start-up of the power supply, the adjustment of the grinding disc gap, the start-up and shutdown of the colloid mill, and the cleaning of the colloid mill after use. The colloid mill that has been debugged and qualified can be shipped.

Debugging of the colloid mill: 1. Check the appearance of the colloid mill to see if the funnel, circulation pipe, motor, and base of the colloid mill are deformed, have obvious scratches or defects. 2. Connect the funnel, circulation pipe, discharge port, etc. of the colloid mill to check if there are any loose or loosely connected parts. 3. Adjust the gap between the grinding discs of the colloid mill and turn the dial of the colloid mill by hand to check whether the dial can normally adjust the fineness of the grinding head. 4. Turn on the colloid mill and use water as the medium to test the machine to check whether the colloid mill can operate normally. 5. Drain the water from the discharge port and the debugging is completed.
