Operation Guide for Extruder Startup

I. Preparation
Before using the extruder, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Confirm whether the power is on and check whether the wires are normal;
2. Confirm whether the appropriate amount of raw materials have been put into the extruder;
3. Confirm whether the controller of the extruder is working properly.
Startup Operation Steps
1. Turn on the power switch;
2. Press the "Start" button on the extruder controller;
3. Adjust the temperature and pressure parameters on the controller and set them according to different raw material types;
4. Wait for the raw materials in the extruder to reach the appropriate temperature and pressure and start extrusion;
5. Monitor the extrusion process and adjust the temperature and pressure parameters in time to ensure a smooth extrusion process.

Shutdown Operation Steps
1. Adjust the temperature and pressure parameters on the controller to the minimum;
2. Press the "Shutdown" button on the controller;
3. Turn off the power switch.
Precautions
1. When operating the extruder, pay attention to safety and avoid contact with high-temperature parts;
2. During operation, clean up the residue in the extruder in time to keep the machine clean;
3. If a fault occurs during use, stop the machine in time and contact after-sales service personnel for inspection and repair.
