When the dicer is working, the pusher dial drives the object to be cut to rotate at high speed, and uses the centrifugal force of the object to cut the object into slices with the help of a slicing knife (vertical knife), and then cuts it into strips through a circular shredder, and sends the cut material into the cross-cutting knife, and the cross-cutting knife cuts it into the required cube or cuboid.
The dicing machine is designed and manufactured with reference to international advanced machinery. It has a reasonable structure and can accurately cut into dices, shreds, and slices with high working efficiency. The minimum specification of diced meat is 5mm and the maximum specification is 20mm. It is the preferred equipment for food processing and cutting.
Adjust the cutting thickness knob to change the pushing speed of the meat push rod to achieve different cutting thickness requirements. Adjust the pre-pressure knob to ensure that the product is consistent during the cutting process. Adjust the meat push rod to step motion. When single-blade cutting is used, the extrusion of the product during the cutting process can be minimized. The active side pressure structure is adopted on one side of the cutting groove to facilitate feeding and improve work efficiency.
