Does The Corn Chips Production Line Have A Wide Range Of Raw Materials?
Aug 05, 2025| corn chips production line
The raw materials of corn chips production line are very wide, including corn flour, wheat flour, potato flour, peas, soybeans, mung beans, millet, buckwheat, rice, etc.
There is no need to explain the status of corn chips in the snack industry. Behind this golden crispy chip, there is the support of professional production equipment.
When it comes to equipment selection, manufacturers of different sizes need to consider different factors. Small workshops may be more concerned with the equipment's floor space and ease of operation, while large-scale manufacturers prioritize production capacity and automation. In either case, the equipment's material safety, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance are all key considerations.

| Model | Power | Capacity | Heater | Dimension(mm) | Weight |
| LXT-65 | 5.5kw | 50 kg/h | 1 kw | 1720*870*1050 | 350 kg |
| LXT-70 | 15kw | 150kg/h | 1 kw | 1720*970*1250 | 500 kg |
| LXT-85 | 18.5kw | 200-300kg/h | 2 kw | 1360*1870*850 | 650 kg |
| LXT-95 | 22kw | 400-500kg/h | 2 kw | 2300*1170*1400 | 850 kg |
Production process:
Raw material selection is crucial. High-quality corn or buckwheat flour is cleaned and soaked before entering the milling stage.
Next comes the mixing and tempering stage. Corn or buckwheat flour is mixed with water, seasonings, and other ingredients in appropriate proportions to form a uniform dough.
Modern production lines use die extrusion or roller cutting to form the flakes. Fully automatic forming machines operate at high speeds, producing thousands of uniformly shaped corn flakes per minute, ensuring that each flake meets standard thickness and size.
After forming, the flakes enter the puffing stage. Puffing is a key step in achieving crispness.
After puffing, the flakes need to be cooled to set their shape, otherwise they will soften.
Finally, packaging takes place. Modern packaging machines use vacuum or nitrogen injection technology to extend the shelf life of the food while preserving its taste.
