Extruder Precautions

In order to protect the transmission box of the twin-screw extruder, the following points must be followed:
⒈ After the first use of 500 hours, replace the lubricating oil once;
⒉ This extruder is lubricated with original medium-pressure gear oil of brand 150;
⒊ The oil level in normal operation should not be lower than the center line of the oil mark. If it is lower than the center line, please refill it quickly;
⒋ Change the oil every 3000 hours of use thereafter;
⒌ When changing the oil, the box and the oil filter should be cleaned. When changing the oil, the lubricating oil used this time should be clarified, and the clean lubricating oil on it should be re-filled into the box to clean the box once, then drain it and refill it with new lubricating oil;
⒍ The lubricating oil filter should be cleaned regularly every month during normal use, and the lubricating oil filter should be cleaned every week during the running-in period. Cleaning method: find the oil filter, open it, and remove the dirt in it;
