What Is An Extruder?
Aug 01, 2024| Extruder is a type of plastic machinery that originated in the 18th century.
Based on the direction of the material flow in the die and the angle between the centerline of the screw, the die head of the extruder can be divided into right-angle die head and bevel die head.
The screw extruder relies on the pressure and shear force generated by the rotation of the screw to fully plasticize and evenly mix the material and form it through the die. [2] Plastic extruders can be basically classified into twin-screw extruders, single-screw extruders, and the less common multi-screw extruders and screwless extruders.
