The puffed corn snack production line is a traditional extrusion machine for food snacks. Over the past 20 years, we've developed and updated it numerous times, ensuring its superior mechanical quality and flawless technical performance. Most cereals can be used as raw materials, reducing production costs for various markets while also increasing the taste and nutritional value of these cereals.
The production process includes mixing, extrusion, drying, seasoning, and packaging. Conveyors are used between these steps to ensure full automation and continuous operation.

The function of the mixing equipment is to mix materials. It can quickly and evenly mix a variety of raw materials with different densities.
Snack Puffing Machine
Corn puffing machine is the most important machine in the production of puffed food. In the corn puffing cereal machine, the raw material is steamed and shaped at high temperature. Then it will be extruded through the holes of the die. Therefore, different puffed foods can be made by changing different shapes and molds.
Screw Conveyor
Raw materials are conveyed within a stainless steel drum, ensuring no leakage or dust pollution.
Seasoning Machine
Octagonal mixer is a high-efficiency mixing equipment, mainly used for mixing powdered or granular materials in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
