Electric Slicer for Meat

 

1. Install the host

1. First, place the host on a stable surface and make sure that the roller on the host is in a resistance-free state.

2. Take out the parts package of the meat slicer, take out the screws and nuts in it, and fix the host and its bracket with screws according to the schematic diagram in the manual.

3. Plug the power cord into the power socket and connect the host power cord.

2. Fix the knife disc

1. Insert the knife disc into the central boss on the host and seal it with the knife disc sealing ring.

2. Connect the drive rod of the knife disc and the host, rotate the knife disc manually, check whether it is firmly connected and the slicing effect is good.

3. Remove the nuts and screws that fix the knife disc, place the meat cutter on the slicer on the knife disc, and fix the knife firmly with the nut.

-Preparation: Place the meat slicer on a dry, ventilated, level surface to ensure that the machine works smoothly and reliably. Check whether the components are loose or damaged, and ensure that the power supply voltage matches the specified voltage of the product. ‌

-Remove the old belt: Use a wrench to unscrew the support nut of the generator, loosen the track screws, and carefully push the generator to the side of the engine to replace the belt. Make sure the belt is installed correctly during operation to avoid damage to other components.

-Install the new belt: Install the new belt in the appropriate position to ensure that the belt fits well with other parts of the machine. Adjust the belt tension as needed to ensure that the belt is not too loose or too tight.

-Restore and test: Restore the position of the generator and use a crowbar to fix it firmly in place. Tighten the track screws in the correct order to ensure that the generator is stable. Then tighten the support frame nuts to complete the repair. Start the machine for operation inspection to ensure that the belt is installed correctly and runs smoothly.
