Flowchart Of Complete Cereal Bars Production Process
Protein bar production line is also called cereal bar production line.
The basic production process of the cereal bar production line : boiling sugar -- adhesive boiling -- mixing and stirring -- mold pressing -- baking -- partition -- cooling -- adding coating decoration -- cooling -- packaging.
The protein bar production line is suitable for the production of viscous snack foods, such as protein bars, nutritional cereal bars, energy bars, nut bars, nougat milk, nougat sachima, etc.
First, grains, nuts and other raw materials need to be preprocessed before processing and production.
Only after this can they be used further. The first step in production is to boil sugar, which is done by putting various sugars into a boiling pot. And then make the adhesive of the cereal bars.
The adhesive of the cereal bar is made by mixing syrup, edible glue, grease, etc.
The concrete method is to add the syrup and sugar into the heating kettle, stir continuously, dissolve the sugar and boil it, then add vegetable oil, condensed milk and other raw materials to continue to boil, and eventually forms the adhesive.
The nuts, dried fruit, candy and chocolate are then mixed.
Then the mixture is fed into a mold. An adhesive is poured into a roller press. And the material is pressed into a compact sheet.
The extruded product is conveyed into the oven for baking and setting.
Then immediately cut to prevent the cereal bars from hardening and fragmenting as they cool. The cereal bars are then conveyed into the cooling line for cooling to extend shelf life.
For cereal bars that need to be coated, they can be coated after cutting.
Mix melted chocolate, butter and other ingredients with yogurt and condensed milk, then inject them into the mold. Then put the cereal bars in before solidification to form a coating on the surface of the cereal bars. Thus, the finished product can be obtained by cooling and demolding.
