How To Replace The Blade Of The Mutton Roll Cutting Machine?
May 30, 2025| If the blade of the meat roll machine is not sharp, it needs to be replaced.
1. Preparation
Tools to be prepared: cross screwdriver, wrench, pliers.
Material to be prepared: new lamb roll machine blade.
2. Manually remove the old blade
1. First, turn off the power, then unplug the plug from the socket to ensure the safety of blade replacement.
2. According to the machine's instruction manual, find the old blade installed in the slicing part and unscrew the fastening screws on the four corners.
3. Use pliers to clamp the two corners of the old blade and gently take it out, leaving space for the new blade.
3. Clean the blade head

1. After removing the old blade, use a cleaning tool such as paper towels, dry cloth or brush to clean all debris, grease and dirt on the cut surface and blade head.
2. Confirm that the blade head is clean and remove all residues. Be careful not to damage the blade head.
4. Install the new blade
1. Remove the screws on the machine with a cross screwdriver and wrench, take off the old blade and put it aside.
2. Confirm the direction of the new blade and adjust the installation direction of the new blade according to the shape of the sliced part.
3. Install the new blade on the machine and manually rotate the belt roller to ensure the correct position of the blade.
4. Use a cross screwdriver and a wrench to tighten the screws on the new blade.
V. Precautions
1. Before replacing the blade, you need to turn off the power of the machine and unplug it.
2. During the blade replacement process, be careful not to touch the blade to avoid scratching your hands.
3. Make sure that the old blade matches the new blade to avoid some unnecessary failures and safety problems.
4. After replacing the new blade and assembling it, perform a test operation to ensure that the blade can work properly.
