Raw material processing
1. Cleaning: No matter what kind of grain raw material, it needs to be cleaned. First, soak the raw materials in clean water, rub them with your hands to clean the dust and impurities on the surface, and then rinse them with water.
2. Drying: The washed raw materials need to be dried to ensure that their water content reaches the appropriate moisture content. Generally, the drying temperature is 80 to 100°C and the time is 2 to 3 hours.
3. Crushing: The dried grain raw materials need to be crushed for easy puffing. Usually, a crusher or a pelletizer can be used for grain crushing.
