1. Connect the feed hopper or feed pipe and the discharge port, then connect the discharge circulation pipe, and then connect the cooling water and drain pipe (except for those without cooling system).
2. Install the electric starting device (if conditions permit, users can equip it with an ammeter and indicator light or inverter, etc.) After connecting the power supply, pay special attention to the direction of the machine, determine whether the motor rotates in the normal direction, or check from the feed pipe diameter whether the direction is consistent with the rotation direction arrow of the 'red warning sign' on the colloid mill. #No idling (lack of liquid in the cavity) and reverse rotation are allowed.

3. When the colloid mill leaves the factory, the equipment outlet block is equipped with adjusted limit screws, and the gap between the grinding discs is within the processing fineness interval. To adjust the gap between the grinding discs, first loosen the upper limit screws of the outlet block, unscrew the two handles on the adjustment disk (scaled dial) in a counterclockwise direction without turning on the machine, and then turn the adjustment disk in a clockwise direction. When you feel a little resistance when turning the adjustment disk, stop immediately. At this time, the scale on the adjustment disk is aligned with the reading of the pointer on the body to determine that the gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs is '0'. But remember the reading number on the scale circle, this number is not 0 degrees, but the gap between the grinding discs is '0'. Then reverse (counterclockwise) the adjustment disk for a few turns to make the gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs slightly greater than 0. The scale of the adjustment disk is 0.01mm for each advance and retreat. Generally, under the condition of meeting the requirements of the fineness of the processed material, the gap between the grinding discs should be kept at a certain distance as much as possible, and the handle should be used to lock the adjustment disk at the same time, and then the upper limit screws of the feed inlet block should be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. After connecting the cooling water, inject about 1-2 kg of liquid material or other liquid related to the processed material, and keep the wet material in the state of reflux through the circulation pipe. Then the colloid mill can be started, and the material can be immediately fed into the colloid mill for processing and production after it is running normally. The colloid mill that can run idle can also be exempted from this.
5. Before shutting down, add a proper amount of water or other liquid related to the processed material into the hopper or leave it in the cavity, and keep the wet material in the state of reflux through the circulation pipe. When starting the machine, keep a certain amount of wet material in the hopper in a reflux state and put the material in immediately, otherwise it will damage the hard combination seal and even cause leakage and burn the motor.
