How to use peanut butter machine:

Preparation stage
Ensure that the feed port, discharge port and material pipe of the colloid mill are well connected to prevent material leakage from causing mechanical wear or other problems.
Check whether the screws and fastening parts of the machine body are tightened to ensure that the equipment is stable.
Adjust the gap between the grinding discs:
When the colloid mill cannot be turned on, adjust the gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs (rotor and stator) through the adjustment disc (or dial). Usually, loosen the fixing rod counterclockwise, then turn the adjustment disc clockwise, and stop when you feel a slight friction sound. At this time, the grinding disc gap may have been adjusted to "0". However, in actual operation, it should be adjusted to a suitable gap according to the fineness requirements of the processed material, and ensure that the gap is not too small to avoid damage to the grinding disc.
Connect the cooling system:
Connect the inlet and outlet according to the cooling water sign on the equipment, and ensure that the cooling water pressure is around 0.15Mpa and the water temperature does not exceed 25. The cooling water can be recycled after filtration to protect the equipment and maintain its efficient operation.

Start-up phase
Check the direction of the motor:
After turning on the power, check whether the direction of the motor and the rotor is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the equipment (usually clockwise). Reverse rotation is prohibited, because reverse rotation will cause the fixing bolts of the rotor to loosen or fall off, and even damage the equipment.
Check the operation:
Observe whether the motor, rotor and other components make noise or strong vibration. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot.
Production phase
Adjust the gap between the grinding discs:
According to the characteristics of the specific material, flow requirements, particle size and coarseness, adjust the gap between the dynamic and static grinding discs again. Turning the fixing rod counterclockwise can make the gap larger and the material particles coarser; turning it clockwise can make the gap smaller and the material particles finer.
Feeding and processing:
After confirming that everything is ready, turn on the motor and adjust the gap between the rotor and the stator, and then add the material for shearing, grinding, homogenization, emulsification and other production and processing.
