Replace the grinding head and stator.
1. Loosen the handle of the grinding stone, turn it counterclockwise, and then transfer it to the sliding state. Both sides begin to swing slightly left and right and slowly rise.
2. Replace the rotor: After moving the positive plate, after seeing the rotor of the frame, first loosen the blade of the rotor, lift the rotor up with a tool, replace the new rotor, and then screw back the blade.
3. Replace the stator: Tighten the three/four hexagon socket screws on the fixing plate. At this time, pay attention to the small steel ball on the back. Fix the stator after disassembly, tighten the four hexagon socket screws one after another and take them out, then you can replace them with new ones and reinstall them according to the disassembly steps.

After all parts have been inspected and cleaned, you can start to reassemble the equipment. Make sure all parts are properly installed in their original positions and all screws and fasteners are tightened.
After completing the assembly, reconnect the power supply and perform a simple test to ensure that the equipment is working properly. If any problems are found during the test, it may be necessary to disassemble and inspect again.
