1. The equipment is installed horizontally on a flat concrete foundation and fixed with anchor screws (it may not be fixed according to the working conditions).

2. Check whether each fastening screw is tightened (the rotor center screw is an M12 left-hand screw).

3. Before use, use a special wrench to turn the rotor to check whether it is in contact with the stator and whether there is any stuck phenomenon. If the above situation occurs, it is not allowed to start the machine.

4. Check and connect the power cord (three-phase AC, voltage is 380 volts, body protection grounding) and pay attention to the direction of rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the arrow on the base (clockwise rotation).

5. Connect the cooling water and pay attention to the water inlet and outlet marks of the water nozzle.

6. When starting the motor, first press the switch to check whether there is noise or vibration. If the situation is abnormal, stop the machine immediately and try again after troubleshooting.

7. After work, the residual materials in the stator and rotor should be cleaned in the running state. First, rotate the large chuck counterclockwise for not less than 90° before cleaning.

Before grinding the material, debris should be removed, the material particle size should be less than 1mm, the material hardness should not be higher than HV309, and hard objects such as iron and gravel particles are strictly prohibited from entering the grinding head to prevent damage to the machine.

2. Before use, always pay attention to the working conditions and running time of the grinding. If there is any abnormal situation, the machine should be stopped immediately and disassembled for inspection.

3. After the peanut making machine is used or not used for a short period of time, the inner cavity should be cleaned well to prevent corrosion. It is best to blow it dry with high-pressure air. When cleaning, choose a suitable cleaning agent according to different materials, but ensure that the seals are not damaged.

4. When disassembling and assembling, pay attention to the fact that each sealing ring must not be damaged, misassembled or lost.

After overhaul, the coaxiality between the inner surface of the shell and the main shaft must be corrected with a dial indicator to make the error ≤0.05mm.

2. When repairing the machine, it is not allowed to hit directly with a hammer during the disassembly, reassembly and adjustment process. A wooden hammer should be used. Or a wooden vertical colloid grinding block is placed on the pad and gently tapped to avoid damaging the parts. There are special tools for disassembly of both dynamic and static grinding discs.

3. The seal of this machine is divided into static seal and dynamic seal. The dynamic seal adopts mechanical seal and combined seal. The static seal adopts O-ring. The fastener uses copper pad seal, and the screw seal uses polytetrafluoroethylene raw tape.

4. The machine should be maintained regularly according to the processing material. If it works normally and the processing material has not changed, it can be used for a longer period of time.
