When cutting vegetables with different patterns, you need to install the corresponding vertical knife.
② When the product leaves the factory, the vegetable cutter is installed with a barrel knife. Other specifications of knives (straight knives, diamond knives, curved knives, square knives) can be customized according to user needs.
Adjust the size of the vertical knife of the vegetable cutter blade.
(1) The vertical knife cutting size can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 1-25mm, and the required size can be obtained by adjusting the adjustable eccentric screw.
② Reduce the size of the plate: Turn the adjustable eccentric wheel so that the groove opening faces upward, loosen the adjustable eccentric screw, and move it to the center of the eccentric wheel appropriately.
Adjustment of the thickness of the vegetable cutter blade
① The slicing mechanism is suitable for slicing hard vegetables such as potatoes and radishes.
② The slicing knife is fixed on the barrel wall, and there is a gap of 0.5-1 mm between the blade and the hopper plate. Adjust the screws on both sides of the movable plate, and tighten the nuts after adjustment to obtain the slice thickness.
