The fruit and vegetable dicing machine developed by our company is mainly composed of a base, a shell, a dial, a vertical knife, a shredder body, a cross-cutting knife body, a transmission system and an electrical control system. The machine base, shell, hopper and main components are made of stainless steel to ensure long-term work without rust and non-toxicity.
The equipment dial drives the cut fruits and vegetables to rotate at high speed, using the centrifugal force of the object, with the help of the vertical knife to cut the cut fruits and vegetables into slices, and then cut into strips through the disc shredder, and the cut materials are sent to the cross-cutting knife, and cut into the required cubes or cuboids by the cross-cutting knife.
