The turntable of the machine drives the object to rotate at a high speed, using the centrifugal force of the object to cut the object into slices with a vertical knife, and then cut the object into strips with a circular wire cutter, and then feed the cut material to the transverse cutting edge, and cut out the cube or cuboid required by the transverse cutting knife.

Preparation and inspection before using the vegetable dicing machine:
Fix the screws of the hopper at the inlet and outlet of the housing (please remove the hopper for easy packaging and transportation).
Check whether there is any foreign matter in the housing and remove the foreign matter in the housing, otherwise the blade may be damaged.
Clean up the operation site, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the local voltage, and reliably ground it at the grounding mark. Turn off the switch, and then press the "on" button to check whether the direction is correct (facing the turntable, clockwise direction is correct), otherwise, cut off the power supply and adjust the wiring.

 

 

 

 

 

Adjust the cutting thickness knob to change the pushing speed of the meat push rod to achieve different cutting thickness requirements. Adjust the pre-pressure knob to ensure that the product is consistent during the cutting process. Adjust the meat push rod to step motion, and use single-blade cutting to minimize the squeezing of the product during the cutting process. The active side pressure structure on one side of the cutting groove is convenient for feeding and improves work efficiency.
