Keep the blade clean. After each use, clean the stains on the slicer thoroughly, and then wipe the surface with oil to avoid cross contamination and affect the life of the knife holder.
Ensure a dry and clean indoor environment. Each precision instrument has its own adapted environment and air pH conditions. If the air is humid, the instrument is prone to rust and oxide film. In addition, every time you use the slice, you should use ice wax blocks and warm water next to the slicer to wash. These will affect the air humidity. Therefore, the section should be equipped with drying equipment or air conditioning dehumidification.
After each use, carefully check whether all the cutting tools of the dicer are damaged or blunt, and check whether the comb blade is normal or damaged. Disassemble the disc shredding combination tool and the cross-cutting combination tool once a week (be careful when disassembling and use tools to avoid hurting your hands), and clean them properly. When the dicer is reassembled, the dicer must be maintained with non-toxic and odorless food oil. Before installation, the shredding shaft and the cutting shaft must be coated with food oil to ensure easy disassembly.
