1. The puffed snack production line is a specialized extrusion and puffed snack production line that produces crispy snacks. The main raw material is corn grits, which are mixed with water in a flour mixer and then squeezed and twisted in an extruder to form irregular, curly shapes. The product is then cut into varying lengths and, after drying or frying, tumbled with the desired flavoring. Other flavors and variations, such as puffs and twisted dough twists, are completed after a drying phase in a large oven.
