The snack production line is a highly automated food processing equipment, mainly used for the production of sandwich rice crackers, biscuits, puffed foods, etc. Its core feature is to achieve full control from raw material processing to finished product packaging through automated processes.

Production Process:

1. Raw Material Mixing: Corn, flour, rice, and other raw materials are mixed uniformly in a powder mixer.

2. Extrusion: A twin-screw extruder is used to perform high-temperature extrusion, expanding the dough and forming it into a specific shape.

3. Filling Injection: A dedicated filling machine is used to inject fillings such as chocolate and syrup into the expanded dough to create a sandwich structure.

4. Forming and Cutting: The product is cut into round and square bars using a forming and cutting machine.

5. Baking and Seasoning: The product is baked in a multi-layer continuous oven and seasoned using an oil/sugar sprayer.

6. Cooling and Packaging: After automatic cooling, the product is sealed and packaged to complete the product.

Raw material mixer

Snack Puffing Machine
