This helps to cut the meat into slices of the desired thickness evenly when using the slicer.
Using a slicer to cut frozen meat will cause the blades to wear out quickly. Therefore, you should carefully check whether the blades are sharp before use, and clean them before and after each use. If the blades are dull, they need to be sharpened. It is recommended to use a sharpener to sharpen the blades of the meat slicer regularly to ensure that it can cut frozen meat smoothly.

Turn the copper column nut or the adjustment handle. Depending on the machine design, turning the handle clockwise generally increases the slice thickness, while turning it counterclockwise decreases the thickness.
Make sure that the relative position between the disc and the blade is changed during the adjustment process. Generally, the disc must be lower than the blade to safely start the machine.
Confirmation and fixing:
After adjusting to the desired thickness, always tighten the copper column nut or corresponding fixing device to ensure that the adjustment setting does not change during operation.
Testing and fine-tuning:
Recheck the settings before turning on the machine, and then turn on the machine for a test cut. After cutting a few slices of meat, check whether the thickness of the meat slices meets the requirements and make fine adjustments if necessary.

2. Wash the blade with clean water and detergent or cut back and forth with green vegetables, clean the oil on the knife, rinse the vegetable residue with water, and then add the material.
3. When using, start the motor first, and then add the material.
4. The meat to be processed must be cleaned of bones to prevent damage to the blade, and the knife must be changed into a long strip shape smaller than the feed port. Cut once into slices, twice into strips, and three times into blocks.
5. After use, clean the blade with hot water and detergent to start the machine, shake off the water on the knife, and brush on an appropriate amount of oil. When users prepare their own motors, first check whether the click direction is consistent with the direction marked on the machine. If not, the power connector needs to be adjusted.
