The life of the colloid mill stator (grinding head) is related to the usage. The more colloid water is ground, the less the colloid rotor is lost even if the material is soft. Even if the material with more colloid particles and high concentration is ground, the loss of the colloid rotor is faster.

Many people don't know how to replace it, so today I will tell you how to replace the grinding head and stator of the colloid mill.
1. Loosen the handle of the grinding stone, turn it counterclockwise, and then transfer it to the sliding state. Both sides begin to swing slightly left and right and slowly rise.

2. Replace the rotor: After moving the aligner plate and seeing the rotor of the frame, first loosen the blade of the rotor, lift the rotor upward with a tool, replace the new rotor, and then screw the blade back.
3. Replace the stator: Tighten the three/four hexagon socket screws on the fixing plate, and pay attention to the small steel ball on the back. After disassembly, fix the stator, tighten the four hexagon socket screws one after another and take them out, then you can replace them with new ones and reinstall them according to the disassembly steps.
