After using the colloid mill, before turning off the power, check whether there is a certain amount of water in the feed port and the feed pipe to ensure that it is refluxed through the circulation pipe. After use, the machine body needs to be cleaned and disinfected. When cleaning, increase the gap between the rotor and the stator to facilitate cleaning and ensure that the material will not remain inside the machine body, causing the material inside the machine body to adhere. Before starting the machine, there must also be an appropriate amount of water to ensure that it can reflux and that the material can flow smoothly after being put in without affecting the motor or sealing parts.
The material is fed according to the load of the motor. If the motor is overloaded, the amount of material fed needs to be reduced.
During the operation of the colloid mill, it is forbidden to place other items at the discharge port or close the discharge valve, which may cause excessive pressure inside the machine and cause leakage, damage and other problems.
The machine body itself has good sealing performance, and the gap between the rotor and the stator is very small. Personnel are required to be present when the machine body is working. If problems are found, the machine should be stopped and checked in time, and then used again after the problems are eliminated.
When cleaning the colloid mill, it is necessary to use the corresponding cleaning agent according to the characteristics of different materials to clean the machine body to ensure that the mechanical parts are not damaged.
