Product Introduction
Extrusion is now widely used in the confectionery industry to complete mixing, cooking, cooling and molding in one go. Sugar, corn syrup, flour, starch, juice concentrate, fat and other ingredients in the recipe are fed directly into a twin-screw co-rotating extruder, where the mixture is heated, mixed and homogenized at high productivity.

Extrusion is now widely used in the confectionery industry to complete mixing, cooking, cooling and molding in one go. Sugar, corn syrup, flour, starch, juice concentrate, fat and other ingredients in the recipe are fed directly into a twin-screw co-rotating extruder, where the mixture is heated, mixed and homogenized at high productivity.
The product is molded by using appropriate dies and cutting methods. In addition, co-extrusion of different materials allows the production of multi-color products, such as fruit roll-ups, as well as multi-phase filled products. Materials of different viscosities, from soft candies to soft jellies, can be processed. Volatile or heat-sensitive flavors are usually added at the end of the extrusion cooking process.

Q:What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance , 70% balance before shipment after inspection.
Q: How about the after-service?
A: We will send 1 engineer to the buyer's factory for 7-14 days period installation and training to the operators.
