If you find that the material at the feed inlet is turning back, it is because the machine has not yet risen to the normal temperature at the beginning, and too much material is discharged, so the material cannot come out and turn back. At this time, you should stop discharging the material and wait until the material turns down before discharging it. You must continue to process. After 5 minutes, the temperature rises.
During processing, if you find that the material or puffed material is agglomerated and turns back at the feed inlet, and steam with a burnt smell is emitted, it is because too little material is discharged and the temperature rises sharply. If the blockage is serious and the material cannot be discharged, you can shut down the machine, disassemble it, clean it, and restart it.
After processing, let the machine idle for 15-30 seconds. After all the remaining materials inside are processed, turn off the power, remove the machine head nut, screw, and screw sleeve, and remove the remaining debris until it is clean and ready for next use.
If it is used for a long time, add high-temperature butter to the bearings in the machine within half a month. If it is not used for a long time, apply cooking oil to the parts to prevent rust.
