Temperature and Pressure: Various operating parameters in the extruder must be set right so that the desired level of product uniformity and expansion could be achieved.
Screw Configuration: The configuration and rate at which screws are operated determines the extent of mixing, heating and mechanical energy introduced to the impacted mixture.
Die Design: The final dimensions and texture of the product are shaped and sized by the geometrical particulars of the die used.
