1. First fill the hopper of the extruder with an appropriate amount of raw materials;
2. Turn on the machine and control the temperature to reach an appropriate value;
3. Pour the raw materials in the hopper into the heating area of the machine;
4. After the process is completed, turn off the machine and clean the equipment.

When using, please pay attention to the following points:
1. Heat before adding materials to ensure that the equipment reaches the appropriate working temperature. Too high temperature will cause the puffed food to be black and bitter;
2. Before cleaning the equipment, the machine must be turned off to prevent accidents;
3. After the puffing machine is used every day, it must be fully disinfected and cleaned.

Temperature control method of extruder
The temperature control of the extruder needs to be set according to the characteristics of the raw materials and the requirements of the products. It is usually operated according to the following methods during use:
1. After turning on the equipment, adjust the heating temperature to about 190℃ and maintain it for 10 minutes;
2. Raise the temperature to 210℃, then add the raw materials and start processing;
3. The temperature and time of the machine need to be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to ensure the taste and shape of the product.
