At the same time, the mechanical energy is converted into heat energy through the friction of the material in the chamber, making the material present a flowing gelled state. When the material is extruded to the outlet, the pressure instantly changes from high pressure to normal pressure, and the temperature instantly changes from high temperature to normal temperature, causing the water to evaporate rapidly from the material's organizational structure, forming countless microporous structures. Then it is cut and cooled by the cutting device, thereby realizing the expansion forming process.

When the spiral groove is blocked, do not stop the machine immediately, but let it idle for a while until you smell a burning smell, so as to prevent the nozzle and spiral sleeve from getting stuck.
After the operation, stop feeding, let the extruder idle for 1 minute, and then stop the machine after draining the material in the machine. Then use the residual heat of the machine to remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve, rinse the spiral shaft, remove the residue in the machine, and dredge the spray hole for reuse.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the nozzle fails to produce a formed product at the beginning of the operation, it is often due to the nozzle temperature being too high. The reason is that the raw material is too dry, there are foreign objects in the spiral groove, or the feeding is interrupted. The cause should be found and the fault should be eliminated according to different situations.
After the operation is completed and the feeding is stopped, let the machine idle for 1 minute, and stop the machine after the material in the machine is drained. Then remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve while it is hot, flush out the spiral shaft, remove the residue in the machine, and dredge the nozzle for reuse. Note: Wear gloves when disassembling to prevent burns.
