The material is stainless steel or carbon tool steel, and the bottom of the reamer blade is connected to the orifice plate.
3. The orifice plate and the reamer are connected to each other to form a shear force, and the frozen meat grinder mechanically cuts the raw material. When the size of the meat material is the same as the aperture of the orifice plate, the aperture can be discharged through the hole. The smaller the aperture of the orifice plate, the smaller the particle size of the meat material, but the unloading time will also increase.
