- Product Introduction
Automatic slicer usage introduction:
Slicers are very common in daily use as commercial kitchen equipment. Many people do not know how to operate the slicer when using it, which leads to many problems in the process of using the slicer. These problems greatly affect the work efficiency of our kitchen. The following editor will explain to you the correct way to use the slicer from a professional perspective.
1. Plug in the power cord, turn the knob switch to the "sharpening" position, and check whether the blade motor is running normally.
2. Turn the knob switch to the "running" position, run the empty machine for 1~2 minutes, and check if there are any abnormalities. If there are no abnormalities, it can work normally, otherwise the fault should be eliminated first.
3. When using the machine for the first time, you need to inject 60ml of engine oil into the refueling cup (when the ambient temperature is below 0℃, you must inject low-temperature resistant engine oil). After refueling, you should stay for about 10 minutes to ensure that the lubricating oil flows completely into the oil tank. The oil level in the oil mark is about 4/3 higher than the oil mark viewing area before it can be used normally.

Commercial food slicer Operation method:
1. First buy a beef slicer of the right size. After receiving the machine, check whether the packaging is damaged and whether the machine parts are missing. If any are lost, please contact the manufacturer as soon as possible to reissue the missing parts. At the same time, read the instructions of the beef slicer in detail before operation.
2. Before turning on the beef slicer, check whether the power supply voltage used is consistent with the voltage of the purchased beef slicer. After confirming that it is correct, put the machine in a dry place and turn on the power.
3. According to the size to be cut, directly enter the number on the beef slicer to select the thickness of the cut meat slices.
4. Place the beef to be cut on the platform of the slicer, press the fast forward button to push the beef to the end of the meat roller, and be careful not to push it too tight, otherwise the machine will easily get stuck. At the same time, shake the hand wheel, adjust the distance between the two panels of the meat pressing plate and the meat roller, press the start button, and the slicer will start working.
5. When the beef slices are cut, use the screwdriver head to loosen the screws that fix the blade on the slicer, take out the blade and wash it, and take it out and press it when you want to use it next time.

When the work is finished, please adjust the gap between the meat baffle and the blade to zero, turn off all switches, and unplug the power plug.
When using for the first time, you must clean the anti-rust oil on the contact surface between the machine parts and the meat, and clean and maintain the machine.
Requirements for the hardness of frozen meat: Take the frozen meat out of the refrigerator, wrap the surface of the meat with a towel, and place it at room temperature to slow down the meat for 8-15 minutes depending on the room temperature. Use your fingernail to check: the meat can be cut normally only when the fingernail can sink into the meat surface to a depth of 0.5mm. (When the ambient temperature is low, the slowing time of the meat is relatively extended)
