The colloid mill is composed of three parts: the grinding head, the base transmission part, and the motor. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel. The dynamic and static grinding discs are the key parts of the machine. The tooth shapes of the grinding discs are different according to the properties of the processed materials, but the materials are all made of stainless tool steel. The motor is specially designed according to the needs of the colloid mill, and a water retaining plate is installed on the flange end cover of the motor to prevent leakage.

5. The colloid mill can refine the material to micron or even nanometer level in a short time, and can maintain the uniformity and stability of the material.
