The pretreatment of puffed soybeans is to soak fresh soybeans in water for 24 hours to allow them to fully absorb water and reach an appropriate moisture content. Then, through the processes of washing, peeling, and removing defects, the soybeans are made clean and complete.

The processed soybeans are sent to the puffing machine, which is equipped with a heater, a separator, a collector and other equipment. Under high temperature and high pressure, the soybeans expand rapidly after being heated to form puffed soybeans. The expansion temperature of puffed soybeans is generally above 180°C, and the expansion pressure is between 12 and 15.
Puffed soybeans will lose some water during the puffing process, and will have a certain humidity after being collected in the collector. Therefore, it is necessary to dry the puffed soybeans with high humidity. Generally, an airflow dryer is used to dry the puffed soybeans, and the moisture content is controlled below 5%.
After drying, the puffed soybeans need to be seasoned to enhance their taste and flavor. There are various seasoning methods, and sugar, salt, soy sauce, essence and other ingredients and seasonings can be added according to needs. The seasoning process needs to control the ratio of seasonings to ensure product quality.
1. The temperature needs to be strictly controlled during the processing process to avoid excessive temperature from destroying the nutrients and taste of soybeans.
2. The seasoning process needs to master the ratio of seasonings, and it should not be too much to ensure the taste and flavor of puffed soybeans.
3. The processing equipment needs to be kept clean and sanitary and disinfected before use.
