Start-up operation steps
1. Turn on the power switch;

4. Wait for the raw materials in the extruder to reach the appropriate temperature and pressure and start extrusion;
5. Monitor the extrusion process and adjust the temperature and pressure parameters in time to ensure a smooth extrusion process.

1. Adjust the temperature and pressure parameters on the controller to the minimum;
2. Press the "shutdown" button on the controller;
3. Turn off the power switch.
Precautions

Preparation before starting the machine
1. Check the appearance of the machine for any abnormalities and ensure that the machine is intact.
2. Check whether the power supply and wiring of the machine are normal, and connect the electrical circuit as needed.
Starting and heating the machine
1. Press the power button of the machine, and after the machine is turned on, press the heating button.
2. Set the heating time and temperature. Generally speaking, the heating time of puffed food is 5-10 minutes and the temperature is 160-180℃.
3. During the heating process of the machine, pay attention to check the readings of the thermometer and pressure gauge to keep the heating temperature and pressure stable.
