Extruder system consists of a variable screw feeder, holding bin.pre-conditioner, extrusion barrel assembly and die, head assembly>Feed material from hopper is fed to pre-conditioner where themoisture is adjusted and further it moves to extrusion barreassembly.
Finally, the material is forced through a specially designed dieassembly to get predefined shape.
