This machine is applicable to a wide range of raw materials and produces a variety of products. It has variable frequency speed regulation, high degree of automation, stable operation and long service life. The main ingredients of puffed food are starch. Therefore, the formation of the puffed state is mainly completed by starch. Under high temperature and high pressure, starch particles first gelatinize, and then under the action of high temperature and high shear, the molecules combine and cross-link to form a network structure. After extrusion, cooling and solidification, this structure becomes the skeleton of the puffed food structure, and the ingredients in other raw materials are filled in it.

When preparing to shut down, first close the steam valve entering the conditioner (to prevent steam from flowing into the silo and affecting the discharge of the silo), turn off the feeder, and turn off the inverter. Turn off the conditioner, and wait for the main machine current value to fall back to the no-load current value before preparing to shut down.
Before shutting down, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the discharge die of the extruder. After disassembling the discharge die, rinse the extrusion chamber with dry corn flour, turn off the main motor, turn off the cooling oil pump motor, and finally clean the discharge die manually.

The ingredients of corn puffing machine are generally based on corn flour, with a ratio of 4:1, that is, 4 parts corn flour plus 1 part water. In addition, other ingredients such as cheese, egg yolk, starch, etc. can also be added to increase the taste of the puffing machine. The ratio of other ingredients is generally 1:1, that is, 1 part of cheese or egg yolk is added to corn flour, which can also be adjusted according to personal preference, but the total amount should not exceed 10%. As for pigments, it is recommended to use food colorants, and the usage amount is between 1% and 2%.
