Before use, remove the nozzle of the corn puffing machine, apply some cooking oil on the nozzle inner thread and the screw head, then tighten the nozzle, tighten the front flange, and mix the rear flange.
After starting the machine, run it idle for half a minute. If there is no abnormal sound, you can put wet corn kernels into the machine one by one. When the popcorn can be crushed by hand, you can change to dry corn and gradually increase the input amount.

If the corn extruder returns during operation, it means that the feeding is too urgent and the nozzle temperature cannot reach 120 degrees. At this time, the feeding should be stopped and the nozzle should be idled until the nozzle sprays again. If there is a hard core on the nozzle, it means that the temperature inside the machine is low. The feeding should be stopped and idled for a while, and the feeding can be continued after the spraying is normal.
In addition, how should we maintain the extruder equipment after use? First of all, since the wearing parts near the discharge port wear relatively quickly, the wearing parts near the feed port are less worn. Therefore, when replacing the wearing parts, they should be replaced in sequence from the discharge end. It is not advisable to replace multiple parts at one time. Secondly, the extruded raw materials should be cleaned to prevent metal and other foreign objects from entering the machine to damage the parts. Check the quality of the extruder at any time and pay attention to replacing wearing parts.
