Adjusting the speed of the meat slicer:
1. Open the side door of the meat slicer and locate the slicing speed control.
2. Turn the slicing speed control lever counterclockwise until the speed value you want appears on the scale.
3. Release the control lever, making sure it is firmly in place.
4. Close the side door of the meat slicer and start using it.

1. Before operating the meat slicer, be sure to read the instructions and operate it correctly according to the instructions.
2. When adjusting the slice thickness, please be careful to avoid pinching your hand by the adjustment lever.
