1. When the meat slicer is working, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands close to the blade edge to avoid injury.
2. When cutting frozen meat, the freezing temperature is generally between -4 degrees and 3 degrees. Usually, use your fingernails to gently press the center of the frozen meat until you feel soft. If the temperature is too low and the meat is too hard, it should be properly thawed; the meat should not contain bones, otherwise the blade will be damaged.
3. When feeding manually, the force should be moderate to avoid excessive force that will cause the motor to stall (fully automatic does not need to be used).
4. When cleaning, maintaining, repairing and filling lubricating oil on this machine: it must be done after turning off the power and unplugging the power plug, and adjusting the thickness adjustment knob to "0". It is strictly forbidden to clean or move the machine while it is running.
5. When filling lubricating oil, be careful not to let the grease flow onto the food or parts that come into contact with the food to avoid contaminating the food.
6. Before sharpening the knife, the fat and meat scraps remaining on the blade should be cleaned up, and the blade and grinding wheel should be kept clean and dry, otherwise the surface of the grinding wheel will be stuck with fat and meat scraps, and it will be difficult to grind.
