Colloid mill: The working principle of colloid mill is based on the high-speed relative rotation of the rotor and stator. Colloid mill can process materials with higher viscosity and larger particles. Adjust the gap between the stator and rotor according to the processing requirements of the material.
Rotate the adjustment ring counterclockwise to increase the gap, and rotate it clockwise to reduce the gap.
Add the material evenly to the feed port to avoid clogging caused by adding too much material at one time.
Adjust the gap between the stator and rotor as needed to control the particle size and uniformity of the material.
After use, rotate the adjustment ring counterclockwise by no less than 90° and add water to clean the inside of the equipment.
If not used in a short period of time, the inner cavity should be cleaned and blown dry with high-pressure air to prevent rust.
Regularly check the wear of each component of the equipment and replace the severely worn components in time.
Protective gloves and goggles should be worn during operation to prevent material splashing.
It is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance or adjustments while the equipment is running to avoid accidents.
