3. Before using the extruder for the first time, it must be preheated to allow it to reach a suitable working temperature to avoid affecting the working effect.
4. The extruder will generate noise and vibration during operation, so it should be placed in a workshop with sufficient space, and there should be no other facilities or personnel disturbances around it.
5. During use, the condition of each part of the extruder should be checked regularly. If there is any damage or failure, it must be repaired in time.

1. Place the extruder on a horizontal surface and connect the power cord.
2. Open the extruder control box and adjust the temperature regulator, time regulator and inverter to the required working parameters. The specific settings can be made according to the raw materials and product requirements.
3. Turn on the compressed air switch and adjust the compressed air pressure.
4. Start the main low-speed motor of the extruder, let the feed hopper installed on the head start working, and gradually add the raw materials to the extruder.

1. For starchy or powdery raw materials, the puffing temperature is generally controlled between 100℃-150℃, and the puffing time is generally 1-3 minutes.
2. For grain raw materials such as nuts and rice, the puffing temperature is generally controlled between 130℃-170℃, and the puffing time is generally 3-5 minutes.
3. For raw materials in different forms such as puffed balls and cartoon shapes, the puffing temperature and puffing time will be different, and usually require testing and adjustment to determine.
