3. Poor heat dissipation of the head: Check whether there are any obstructions around the head, etc., which affect the cooling effect. At the same time, heat dissipation devices can be added, such as using fans to force heat dissipation.
4. Head damage: If the head is aged or worn, it needs to be replaced with a new head. According to different reasons, corresponding measures can be taken.
First, the process parameters should be adjusted to ensure that the temperature, airflow and other parameters are within the normal range during the material processing. Secondly, the die head should be cleaned regularly to prevent impurities from acting as heat transfer barriers. At the same time, check whether there are any obstructions around the die head that affect the cooling effect. Finally, if the die head is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
