Before starting the machine, check whether the fasteners of each part are tightened, and pay attention to the fact that the head bolts must be flattened and tightened.
Before processing, the machine should be started and idled for 1-2 minutes for preheating, and check whether the operation is normal.
After preheating, you can slowly add a small amount of wet rice (just enough to wet the rice), and when the puffed fruit comes out normally, immediately add a small amount of dry rice continuously.

Due to the low temperature at the beginning and the load effect, you must increase the throttle when starting processing, and add rice slowly. After the puffing is 60-70 cm, gradually increase the amount of rice to be fed. The amount of rice fed should be as much as the power can support.
The machine shall not be stopped arbitrarily during the processing, otherwise the screw, screw sleeve and machine head nut will cause sticking, the machine cannot operate, and it will be difficult to disassemble. The puffed fruit and other impurities cannot be allowed to enter the feed port. If found, remove them immediately with a small wooden stick (iron rod shall not be used).
If the puffed fruit suddenly stops coming out during processing, it means that the rice has too much moisture, and the water vapor makes the rice clump and blocks the outlet. You should use a small wooden stick to remove the rice clump (do not use an iron stick).
If the puffed fruit comes out with one side and no side, it means that the core is not placed properly or there are small stones in the rice blocking the outlet. You should increase the amount of rice appropriately or use a hammer to knock on the core at the outlet from the no direction to the positive direction.
If the puffed fruit suddenly stops puffing during processing, it is because the machine body temperature is high. You should add cold water to the front cylinder of the sieve to lower the temperature.
