1. Temperature control: the system controls the heating tube to heat and maintain a constant temperature.
2. Overpressure protection: during the food expansion process, the pressure will continue to rise with the increase in temperature. In order to ensure the safety of equipment and operators, an overpressure protection device is installed in the food extruder, which will automatically shut down once the overpressure occurs.
3. During the expansion process, under high temperature and high pressure, the moisture in the food will quickly heat up and expand suddenly, thus forming porous food. Such food has a crisp taste and is easy to store and transport.
