1. Before operation, check whether the machine is clean. If not, clean it before use.
2. Turn on the power and wait for normal operation before adding meat and mincing meat twice.

4. If leakage, sparking and other faults are found, the power supply should be cut off immediately and an electrician should be asked to repair it. The machine should not be started and repaired privately.
5. Turn off the power after use. Then clean all parts, drain the water, and put them in a dry place for standby.

 

1. Adjust the thickness of the meat to be cut, put the boneless frozen meat on the bracket and press the pressing plate.
2. The best cutting temperature for frozen meat is between -4 and -8 degrees.
3. After turning on the power, start the knife disc first, and then start the left and right swing.
4. Do not get close to the blade directly during operation, which may cause serious injuries.
5. If you find it difficult to cut, stop the machine to check the blade edge and sharpen the blade with a sharpener.

7. Add lubricating oil to the swing guide rod every week and sharpen the blade with a sharpener.
8. It is strictly forbidden to rinse the equipment directly with water, and the machine must be reliably grounded.
